Just a Reminder!!

I am going to be on my blog more often after this week. My family and I have been going through some issues and I have been super busy! I promise though I will start posting more. Sorry about that :( For now, I have these two recipes I made over spring break and feel free to try them. With a vegan diet you must make food high in protein. It can be hard not to just want to eat foods high in carbs and fat. You have to eat wisely when eliminating food groups because you want an equal amount of each food group.
